San Francisco

Just returned from honeymoon trip to SF and California. What a wonderful place.

SF. Very hilly. You see Alcatraz in the background.

The guide book ready in my hand.

We drove south along the coast. Spotted some seals.

One of our best photos from the trip.

The aquarium at Monterey. The school of fish was fascinating. In constant moving, stable chaos. As mathematician-engineers we immediately started thinking about governing equations.

The shoreline is fantastic in some places.

In Paso Robles we passed by some wine yards for wine tasting. Some wines were 15.8% alcohol!

Me in our nice cab.

Then we went back to SF. This is one of the steepest streets there. They have built a small serpentine road.

And we found my book store.
